No Cashback £75

I placed Broadband switching to Plusnet on 20th July 2020. The connection went live on 03rd August 2020, I took the broadband package based on the cashback offer of £75 reward.

Please find attached the screenshot of the offer when I switched for your reference.

Can you please investigate and pay the reward of £75 at the earliest.

Thanks a lot for reaching out. checks on my end show that we did send you a redemption email on 12/-8/2020 asking you to redeem your Reward Card, but this was not responded to.

The Reward Card has since expired on 12/10/2020 unfortunately.
