No Broadband Activation Date

My home phone has been connected but stil have no broandband connection date?

My current supplier has disconnected, so have no internet

I've just checked your account and can see the broadband activated a bit later in the day on Monday. Glad to see it's been stable since but do give us a shout if there's anything else we can help with.
