No Activation Date

Ordered and paid 9 days ago now just moved into new home and we're without internet I'm constantly buying BT WIFI HOTSPOT which is getting annoying since I've paid and waiting for my broadband. I had a confirmation email and letter. But theres a blank on both where it should say activation date? I have tried calling been on hold for 85 minutes and now my minutes have ran out. 😩 Just really need an update when I joined it said 5-7 working days.

I am really sorry for the delay with your order. As discussed I've picked this up for you from via Twitter and I'm taking personal ownership so I can see what I can do to get you up and running as soon as possible.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
