New to plusnet

So , help needed,

I have just moved from virgin media to plusnet, on Friday I received an email saying there was a delay with the supplier but then  on Saturday I received an email saying that I could now could connect my router and the account was now closed. 

So, one not having a router delivered and also knowing that virgin media will soon be disconnected,  I have been trying to contact customer service to no avail,  is there any advice you could give to help me out.
