New order delays

Ordered on the 7th of July, the welcome email said that it typically takes 10 working days to set up phone and broadband, with broadband typically on same day. Phone service was switched on quick but heard nothing about the broadband. I keep trying to call customer services on my lunchbreak but its always too busy to get through the queue in time. Is anyone able to answer how long new broadband orders are meant to take at the moment?
