New Router Not Received

HI,

I renewed my contract on 02/02/2017 and was promised a new router as part of the deal.

I still haven't received it and was wondering how long it takes to arrive?

I've looked into your account and I can see that your router hasn't actually been ordered. I've placed the order now and you should receive it this week. Really sorry for any inconvenience caused Sad

From when I joined the Plusnet Help Team in May 2017 my main Community account is @Gandalf.
