New Customer-Account Not Recognised

Hi,
I've just made a payment for £197.88 for a 12mth contract standard broadband, set up Plusnet account and can't login as account is not recognised? Also, I have not received any confirmation whether my order has been placed?

Please let me know, what can be done to sort this out.
