My order

I ordered in may and still nothing I want to cancel and get my money back this is obviously not a good service

I'm really sorry about this. From what I can see our system didn't put your order through to our suppliers automatically.

If you're happy to stay with us I'll be happy to place the order personally and keep a close eye on things for you.
