Hi,
I have an order live for a house move, I called up last week to notify you of the move - it looks like the order has only been done in the last day or so?
It says :
"PROVIDE ORDER WILL TAKE PLACE ON 9/12/2020"
Please tell me what this means?
I need internet at the new house before this date - ideally on the completion day (2nd) or the day after. I cant go without home internet that long as I need to work from home.

That's earliest OPENREACH can arrange it seems; best get a temporary alternative in place!

Does this mean I’ll have internet on the 9th? Or will the order for internet get placed on the 9th and I’ll have it even later?
