Your broadband order should complete on {strCustActivationDate}

Hi

My line and broadband should have been migrated yesterday, ive had message about the phone line but nothing about broadband. I know i'm supposed to wait to plug in the router but nothing to lose now as my old service isnt going to work anyway. The router syncs fine and the test login works so i assume it just needs someone to click a button to say my account is activated?

is this normal? 

 

My account summary says order is complete but it obviously isnt and ive got the {strCustActivationDate} message.
