Moving Home

Me and my partner have recently moved in to our new flat. We did not have internet before as we both lived with our parents. I ordered on the 3rd September but did not receive a confirmation email however payment has come out of my bank account. Does anyone know how long delivery will take or if I can contact them about this?

If you sign into the member centre and then click this link https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search&view_by=30days&from=dd%2Fmm%2Fyy&to=dd%2Fmm%2Fyy there might be some information on some closed (or open) tickets.

I cannot sign in as I did not get a confirmation and it says my email/username and password is unrecognised.
