Missing Portion of My £140 Plusnet Reward

Hi,

 I recently received an email to claim my Plusnet Reward Card, but it only included one claim link/code. My total reward was  £140, which I was told would be split into two parts (£100 and £40) as it couldn’t be processed in one amount so I received 2 separate emails one for £100 and other one for £40.

Could you please check and confirm when I’ll receive the claim link for the remaining PlusNet reward card. I have only received claim link for £40 Plusnet reward card so far. Thanks

You're not alone, I have the same issue.
£145 split into £45 and £100, but only have the £45.
I'll let you know how mine is resolved, if it ever is.

Thanks for letting me know it’s reassuring (in a way) to hear I’m not the only one dealing with this. Have you managed to do anything so far to try and get it resolved?

I was going to wait for the £45 card (or whatever it will be) to arrive first, but I can imagine I'll probably give Plusnet a call.

I do wonder if we didn't get what we were owed, would that be a breach of contract?

I'll let you know what happens.

It’s very convenient that I received the £40 Plusnet reward card with no issue, yet the £100 one is still missing. Can someone actually look into this? No one’s even asked for my account details yet starting to wonder if this has just been ignored.
