Reward Card Help - only have £45 out of the £145

Hi 

• £145 rewards...
• I have 2 emails from Plusnet with two different voucher codes for reward cards. Both received September 22nd.
• Why was £145 was split into two parts?
  Sorry, but it feels like you get the link to the lesser amount, and hope that you forget to chase up the larger amount.
  
  My situation (and this looks like it's a common issue)
  Voucher 1) £45
  I had the email just before the 28 days with a link.
  The link was seen by my browser as suspicious, and I couldn't get to it.
  Instead I looked up what the reward card website should be and went direct.
  The card is meant to be on it's way, but not arrived yet.
  
  Voucher 2) £100
  It's now more than the 28 days and no communications about this part of the reward card.
  HOW am I meant to claim this please if I have no email?

There is talk on the forum about part of the card being physical and part being digital.
SO Is the £100 meant to be digital, if yes, how do I claim it?
Can someone help please?
