Issue switching to another product

Hello!

 

A couple of weeks ago, i asked to switch from Unlimited Fibre to Unlimited Fibre Extra, and was notified that the switch would happen on January 8th.

 

However, it is now January 19th and i haven't seen the change take effect yet. Attached the message i get on the website.

 

Can anyone help?
