Hub two not delivered

Hi,

 

I haven't received the Hub Two I ordered a month ago.

 

I assume you can see my account details. Please PM me to explain what has happened and when I will receive the modem.

Re. hassle, happily I have a working modem already, so the hassle concerned the odd method of contacting PlusNet and of working out how to do what in order to get support.
