Hub delivery

My fftp installation is due on Thursday but my hub 2 hasn't arrived yet (it's now Monday Eve), should it be here by now or is it literally left till the last minute?

Re: Hub delivery

Left to the last minute. But if worried, I would suggest that you call in and ask if it's been dispatched. Sometimes they forget or packages get lost in the post as they are not tracked.

Waiting for a response from staff on the forum means a wait of 3 to 7 days currently (in general).

Re: Hub delivery

Hi there,

Sorry for the worry we've caused here. I can see we've put your new hub in the post Monday night actually.

Have you received it yet? Hope all goes well with your FTTP installation tomorrow!

Re: Hub delivery

Thanks. I had meant to ask the openreach guy if my original master socket could be removed now. Is that something that could be done?

Re: Hub delivery

Hi there, yes if you no longer have use for a landline into the property you can remove that if you like.
