I placed an order for full fibre on 29/07/22. My hub 2 router has yet to arrive and when I go to the order tracker it says that I do not have an order in progress. Any ideas?
I can see you've since spoken to support who have placed the order for the hub.
The hub is typically dispatched to arrive a couple of days or so before service activation. As your service is not due to be activated until the end of the month, this had not yet happened.
