I’m at a total loss as to why after more that a month my broadband still has not been activated. I’ve received many messages / phone calls but no ‘going live date’ working from home is a nightmare. I really regret changing to this company!!
Sorry for us taking so long to respond first of all and apologies too for the long wait to get your broadband service up and running.
Having checked your account I'm glad to see that this has since been resolved, the delay was due to some extra engineering work that Openreach needed to perform to get the phone line up and running with us and that took longer than we'd like to get done.
I tried giving you a call on your mobile to check all is working OK but it rang out for about a minute with no answer, I'll try making contact with you again on Monday and I've updated the open complaint with us in the meantime which you can view here: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=226016976
