How long to delete an account?

I have my main paid for account and a second 'free' account which I used when I was self employed before full retirement. I asked for this account to be deleted on 30th June but I can still receive email, upload files to web space etc. I cancelled to avoid a pointless transfer of email to Greenby.

The deletion should surely have been completed long ago.
