How long does it take before a request for a static ip is actioned?

I recently added a static ip to my account (was charged £5) but it is still showing as dynamic.

How long does it usually take?

Try rebooting your Hub.

I'm sorry to hear that your static IP hasn't kicked in yet.

I've done some work on your account and it's showing as active now.

If you reboot your router you should pick it up
