How do I keep my existing landline number ?

I’m a new Plusnet customer. Broadband and phone switch in progress. Yesterday I received a text message saying my landline number is to change, however, I would rather keep my existing landline number. I have sent a DM via the twitter channel but not had any response. How do I get it sorted?
