I am moving house today, I informed Plusnet around 4 weeks ago, received all of the paperwork etc. However, I haven’t heard anything else from Plusnet, no updates on the order or anything.
My current broadband (at the old property) is still live which leaves me slightly concerned that the switch won’t happen today.
Just need an update on whether the order is on track or not.

Thanks for the reply! I have checked the tickets on my account, the only “active” ticket is one from 12th Sept (when I made PN aware of the move), and is just to confirm the new address and the move date.

No 'closed' tickets after that date? If not, I can only suggest you give them a call.

Thanks, just checked, the only closed tickets are from the 12th Sept regarding the move, nothing since then unfortunately. Will give them a ring this morning, thanks for your help!
