I signed up for the above and my order was accepted the same day but there is no mention of the reward card in the contract other than *IF a reward card is included....' GREAT. Can Plusnet please confirm this offer was live then so I don't face any further issues? The price I signed up for was £25.99 per month but I've been charged £31.99! Now I see the offer is £140 reward card at £24.99 - My activation date was 15/10/25 - so what's going on? Why is billing so difficult for this company?
