I signed up for Fibre Extra broadband on the 18th September. I made my initial payment and got an email confirmation that my order is being processed. I'm still waiting.
When I log in to my account it says that the order is still being processed 2 months later. No router, no transfer. Thankfully my current provider is still operational.
There is no way of contacting Plusnet, either by email or by phone at present (not taking calls at present, online help service not in operation at present).
Any suggestions appreciated.
