Don't even think about typing a resoson for your complaint in a box about. Why you gonna ask well just fo ahead and try it. My complaint is that me to haven't received an email about my reward card or reward card itself. And there is no one here to complaint too about it. So my decision is to just go with different Internet provider. Simple as that
