I can see the e-mail to claim your reward came through this morning and you've done this.

You should receive it in the next 30 days.

No idea, like lots of others, the so called email you have to complete to get you £75 pound gift card did not arrive. Spoke to customer service several times now and they take the information from you, tell you it would have been sent, tell you they will check on it and and get back to you and never contact you again. For me its been a year now, so doubt i will ever get it. 

I have kept every email they have ever sent me, checking junk mail also which i do regularly and all sit in their own Plusnet folder. So i know i never ever got the email to claim my gift card.  

Even though the service has been fine, i only have around 4 months left on my contract and on principle will leave to another provider. To keep me to stay i would need to see a £75 gift card to turn up, which will not happen.
