Re: Full Fibre offer

As things stand, @Robin6 , yes, because FTTP  is not available to you.

Re: Full Fibre offer

@jab1  If FTTP is not available how can any ISP place an order, it would be rejected. The mystery is how did Plusnet place the initial order, the checker must have incorrectly shown FTTP to be avaialable.

I don't know if it's relevant but there seems to have been problems with the Openreach Fibre Checker openreach-fibre-checker-broken it seems to be reporting FTTP not available when it is, but could be a wider DB problem?

Highly likely, knowing BT/OR.

Re: Full Fibre offer

I have just been looking at the Availability Checker and it's had a serious clean up  It now includes, for each property, just the address and UPRN.

I have a friend who's property featured twice, which was caused considerable grief as one with a UPRN showed full fibre to be available, and the one with no UPRN saying not available. The problem was that records showed the connection being to the one without a UPRN, so no FTTP available. This entry with no UPRN has now disappeared.

What might cause issues is that the address recorded in the database might now be different to that recorded in Plusnet records. The key to getting the correct entry in the database in to do a search here: https://www.findmyaddress.co.uk/search. If you can't find your property initially then widen the search and look through all the addresses listed. Once you find a likely address, selecting it shows you the chosen property location on a map. With this you have all that you need to request an ORDI review.
