Full Fibre activation date is close and still No new Router arrived

Hello!
I am moving to my new address in 2 days, activation of 300mb Full Fibre at new address is scheduled for the 5th of February, I was told I would have received the new Hub2 router at my current address so I could have it ready for activation day, but I haven’t received it yet. I can’t seem to find anything about it in My Account. 
I currently have the Hub1 and I know it could work but has the upstream capped, so that is why I am meant to receive the Hub2. Is there a way to see if it has been sent or not?

@AlbaF The Hub is sent out via RM Tracked24 to arrive ~2 days prior to activation. Is there any notification on your account that it is in process?

@jab1 Thanks for your reply! I didn’t receive any notification about this either via email, sms or on my account. Fortunately I have access to my current address until the 3rd of February, so if it comes by then I could come and pick it up, but would like to have some more info.
