FTTP Switch from BT

Hello. I'm hoping somebody from Plusnet can help.

We were due to switch from BT FTTP to Plusnet on the 19th Jan. The day came and went and the order tracker just updated to say sorry there's been a delay.
Incidentally our speed has increased (150 - 300) but we still remain connected with BT.

I did call on Monday and was told somebody would call back today 10-2 but as of yet I have heard nothing.

I am concerned about losing connection completely as our house has no mobile phone coverage so we will be left without any communication method if BT decide to disconnect us. We had received the Sorry You're leaving Letter from BT after signing up.

Many Thanks

Re: FTTP Switch from BT

Hi @Chris33 Hi Chris, I'm really sorry that the service hasn't switched over to us when it should have.

I've checked the order on our supplier's system and there's signs of a delay but no notes so we need to chase them up.

due to the time of day we can't do that right now but please bear with us and someone will be back in touch with an update soon.

Re: FTTP Switch from BT

Hello. I was wondering if there was any update on this? This morning our BT connection ceased and I now have no internet.

I am quite concerned now as this means we are unable to make phone calls when at home unless stood in the garden.
