Very likely, yes. Where fttp is available, Openreach have a program of designating areas as 'fibre priority'
This means that they will not accept new orders for copper based products i.e via a phone line, from any supplier.
The other problem is that Openreacnh are suffering lack of engineering effort in some areas which is delaying instzallations
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
