Fibre upgrade

Can anybody give me an update on my upgrade should have happened on the 24th but I don't think it did ?

Same thing has happend to me was meant to be on 24th but nothing happened

Been given a new date of 7th august if it falls through on this date i will be leaving this provider

Hi @PaulC2, thanks for getting in touch

 

From looking into the account, I can see your order is scheduled to complete on 13/08/2020 - I'm sorry for the lack of communication there has been with the order. Your router has been processed for delivery, they're sent Royal Mail 1st Class so I'd expect this to be with you very shortly.
