Fibre order

I chose to upgrade to fibre a couple of weeks ago. I received a new router but the upgrade didn't go through on the date i was given. I rang Plusnet who said it would be 24 hours before they had a date/time for an engineer. this has passed and still no word on when this will happen. Working from home, I need fibre for teams calls etc.
