Fibre order

I signed up to Plusnet fibre (72-73mb) yesterday and the earliest date I could choose for the switch was the 27th which is two weeks. However, when I go on my account it says the following:

(("Your Plusnet Fibre broadband order

We'll arrange for your fibre broadband service to be installed. This will happen on

If your preferred appointment date isn't available, we'll call you within a week to make alternative arrangements."))

As can be seen there's no date. Although, there's no need for an engineer to visit my house because I've had fibre broadband with Plusnet before. Is it because of that there's no date?

Also how do I know it is confirmed that the 27th is the date my broadband will be switched? When I will be getting the router.
