Fibre Upgrade Activation Date?

I was told that my fibre migration would take place on the 5th June, but I'm still on my ADSL service.
When will the cutover take place?

@rickw584 It's likely that the 5th was the original estimated date and that it's been pushed back due to engineer availability. While you wait for an answer from Plusnet staff, you may want to see if your line has an open order on it. Use the BT Checker to see if there is one in place and if so, it will show the completion date. https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome

NB you need to look in the text following the speed estimates, you should see something like 'there is an open order on the line , due to complete on.....'
