Cashback email not received

Hello,

 

I recently followed a link on a MoneySavingExpert webpage which forwarded me to your order webpage. Both webpages mentioned your £75 cashback offer.

 

The activation date was 4/6/18 although internet did not work until 5/6/2018 at 1630.

 

I cannot trace receiving an email explaining how I should claim the £75 cashback.

 

Could you please assist?

You should receive the e-mail to claim your cashback within 10 days of your services going active
