FTTP upgrade and Static IP

Morning all,
I've been a Plusnet customer since 2013 and have been very happy with the service and support. Currently I'm on a FTTC contract which ends next month, and so it's time to switch to FTTP.
I've had a static IP address from the outset (one of the reasons I moved to PN initially) and I'm wondering if this will continue with the switch to FTTP? I know it's no longer available to new customers, but not sure whether it will terminate on the switch over. If so, it may regrettably be time for me to look elsewhere.
I did search the forum before posting this, but only found one post with a similar question that was relatively recent. It was indicated that the static IP should follow the upgrade, but unfortunately the OP hasn't followed up to confirm that was the case.
