Expecting Reward Card

Hello!

I have recently joined Plusnet!

I ordered my broadband ~4th October, and it went live on the 17th.

I believe there was a reward card detailed with the package offer.

Typically how long does it take for the reward card to be emailed to me?

If others have recieved a reward card, how long did it take for it to arrive in your inbox?

Hi @adam6813 

Welcome to the community.

You should receive a link to your registered email address within 10 days of activation. The email has a link on it to claim the reward card, then it should arrive with you within 30 days of claiming.

Keep an eye on your email inbox and junk/spam folder. If you haven't received the link by email after 10 days, let us know and we'll chase it up for you.

Thanks Townman,

I took out Full Fibre 500 broadband in September for activation on 3rd October.  However, I have received no correspondence from you regarding the reward card.

I'm a customer / community member the same as you.

@Christopher_G or @Leanne_T should pick this up soon.

Hi PlusNet, I'm in a similar situation, my service went live on 27 November but I haven't yet received the email to sign up to receive the reward card. Could you advise please?

Welcome to the community.

You should have had an email around 10 days after activation with a link to register for the reward card. If you've checked your spam/junk folder and definitely didn't receive it, please reply to the private message that I sent you and I'll get you some help.

My service went live 12 Dec and I didn't see or can't locate the rewards card email.

Thanks to @Rach_H, Townman and other members of Plusnet staff who tried to assist me with this reward card not received issue. Unfortunately, nothing came of it until I logged an official complaint, then I was contacted by the team, and told initially that it was now outside of the timeframe so I wouldn't receive a reward card.

This was disappointing as it was a relevant factor to me choosing to go with Plusnet in the first place, I was asked whether I had signed-up directly on the Plusnet website, which I had after following a link from the MSE site. I was then told that the link hadn't worked and that there was a fault with the Plusnet website.

Eventually, on a further call I was informed that the MSE website should have issued the reward card, I said that this didn't sound right and was suspect, I was then told that a payment in the form of a cheque would be sent out, which it was, thank you!

Much hassle, persistence and inconvenience on my part for something that should have just automatically have 'worked'!
