Entering referral code after signing up

Hi,

I recently signed up for Plusnet and my son has sent me. Referral code. I did not know his details when I signed up so need to get this added now. My broadband has not yet been activated, that is not unti January. I now have the link and it is https://www.plus.net/refer.php?strReferralsUid=dab664803c110b64e286e99d87ea0b1392ee60d0a3efbe8952aac....

how do I get this added to my account?

Heya @angelawilcox3,

We will need to wait for the account to be live, and once your account is live, we will be able to add the referral. If you give our Billing team a call when you are live, we can get it added for you. Please note that we will need your son's username to add the referral.
