Early service activation

Hey guys,

 

I ordered Plusnet full fibre extra before I moved to new flat last Friday, activation date is by midnight of 26/9..

 

My router arrived today, was just wondering if there's any chance it can be activated sooner so I don't have to spend another full weekend without any broadband.

Hey Sam,

I've had a look for you and sadly we can't bring forward your activation as we're taking over an already working line that's with another provider. For these type of orders there's a minimum timeframe of at least 10 working days due to strict regulations so the supplier system won't allow us to, even if we tried.
