Hi, I need help with my order please.
This is the first time I join Plusnet and I made my order online yesterday as there was a special offer.
It's been a day and I've still not received a confirmation email nor can I log in to the online account that I created while I made the order.
I know my first payment went through yesterday but I don't know what happened to my order as they can't find an account that associates with my email.
I tried using the chat which they have asked me to call the Plusnet Provisioning Team.
I was put on hold for a long time with no one to answer!
Please help as I don't know if my order went through or not.

If you were still charged for the first attempt, you should see that refunded to you within 5 working days.
