I’ve contacted the CS several times pleading with them to move forward the installation date but they won’t even try.
I feel I’ve been misled and mis-sold when placing the order. If this is the start I truly fear what the actual broadband service I will be getting for the next 12 months. Disappointed!
I'm sorry to hear of your experience. It looks like it's due to engineer availability I'm afraid.
I can see this is in hand with one of my colleagues from our complaints team who is your case handler and will be doing everything possible to get this resolved as soon as we can.
