Disappointed!

At the time of placing the order I was promised activation within two weeks of the disconnection date from the previous provider. Then it was changed to two weeks within the phone line activation date which would’ve been by 3rd November. And then I was told it would be by 11th instead. Broadband connection is absolutely crucial for me so it’s causing a lot of hardship.
I’ve contacted the CS several times pleading with them to move forward the installation date but they won’t even try.
I feel I’ve been misled and mis-sold when placing the order. If this is the start I truly fear what the actual broadband service I will be getting for the next 12 months. Disappointed!

Hi there.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience. It looks like it's due to engineer availability I'm afraid.

I can see this is in hand with one of my colleagues from our complaints team who is your case handler and will be doing everything possible to get this resolved as soon as we can.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Lol all plusnet say is sorry. They are a flop. I'm still waiting for my internet. Everytime I call they say 'we are sorry, we will sort it out in 48h'. It's been a month n still no internet. Get ur money bk n move on.
