Please inform others about experience

I signed up since 30/09/2017 and today is 06/11/2017 and I still don't have broadband. I have spent a lot of money on mobile broadband as my house hold members are heavy internet users (son is doing media studies in college and I am an IT consultant). If I had known about Plusnet forum and taken the time to visit I would have been wiser considering the amount of complaints once you sign up.

 

In view of the above, I wish to plead with everyone on this forum to please take time to review the quality of the services you are getting from Plusnet on as many review websites as possible. Please also direct people to visit this forum before they sign up so they will not fall into the same trap.

 

By doing so, my hope is that it will start to reflect on Plusnet's sales because that is the only way their management would sit up and do something about the appalling service. Few of the websites you can use are:

Ofcom would not be able to handle complaints about customer service but you will at least be able to name and shame Plusnet which would likely put in them in bad light when they have other issues to resolve with Ofcom. It will also give them a valid evidence to report to Ofcom if the issues being suffered by their customers  are caused by BTWholesale.

 

This cannot continue.
