After joining Plusnet recently, and waiting for my transfer I've been told that my phone number which will become active is not the one I want to transfer. Customer support ticket was answered with, contact customer support by phone. Tried that several times, not a chance of getting though.
Can anyone here actually help with this before my line becomes active and I have to cancel?
