I don't know if it's the same procedure as a new connection, but I setup my move from vodafone this morning and there was no credit check, just the initial payment.

Good morning @carldale123.
Congratulations on the new home!
Plusnet do not complete credit checks for Home Broadband, you will just be required to make an initial payment of one month up front.
Hope this helps,

Thank you for your response. If I were to order how long does the router take to come? Just so that I don’t order too early?
Thanks
Carl

@carldale123 the router is despatched by Royal Mail Tracked 24 to arrive 2/3 days prior to activation of your connection.

You can though request the router earlier by calling up.
You might wish to have it to 'play with', sort out cabling, or just to be sure it is there if your activation 'goes a bit wonky' and does not follow the normal schedules.
