Chasing up reward card

As part of my new contract I was offered a £145 reward card - the £100 arrived within the allocated time but no sign of the £45 - contacted Plusnet and they opened and subsequently closed the ticket -

The customer’s details were submitted to Blackhawk on the 04/11/2025.
If they have not received this after 30 days of the above date, please refer them to Blackhawk customer service on 0344 381 5059.

Contacted the number above  today and they said that they had no order for a £45 reward and to get back in touch with Plusnet! Seem to be going round in cirlcles - anyone help

I received the reward email: Claim your Plusnet Reward

But when I click the link in the email to fill in the short form, I get the following error message:

This page isn't working at the moment

If the problem continues, contact the site owner.

HTTP ERROR 464

Can anyone suggest how I can claim the reward I was promised when I signed up to Plusnet broadband please?

I'm sorry to hear you've not received the Reward Card for the amount you were initially promised, and that this hasn't been rectified after reaching out to the team about this. I've passed this onto our team so we can get this looked into, and I'll let you know when I hear back from them.
