Change Start Date!

Hi

I need to put our start date back by 45 days... BT have been sending renew with us letters or we’ll put our price up... well I’m getting 2-3mb/s! 

But now we’ve left we are presented with a £100 bill for early exit.. Reluctantly we need to delay our start date from 22/11 to 15th Jan 2018! Please can this be arranged?
