Hi I am set to leave BT on 24/01/2020 but have just found out that my contract for phone plus broadband with them doesn't expire until 16th of February.
Will I be able to update the Plusnet activation date online myself, or could someone here please help with that?

I'll be happy to get the dates changed for you. Can you please access your change request via the Member Centre to confirm the date then let me know here that you have done so, and I'll get the change sorted out for you.

Many Thanks, I have just added a response to the ticket in the Member Centre to confirm I would like to change the install date to 16/02/2020.
