I placed an order for a plusnet mobile (Order Reference - 3337544) and 3 days later got a message that says
> Unfortunately, we’ve not been able to proceed with your order based on the details you provided during sign-up.
Can someone help with what this typically means? I can't think of anything that would have gone wrong here.
