Cancellation frustration: Can customer service call me?

Yesterday I called Customer service for 25 minutes to get a new contract but when I read the terms they do not correspond with what we talked over the phone. I called today to cancel this new order and after waiting for 20 minutes and no agent taking the call I decided to hang up, as I am at work and was using my morning break for the call.

I would like customer service to call me in order to cancel the order. I need to get this sorted soon because I need a good Internet connection and I would get an online offer where the contract is easier to read and accept.
